Directions:
1. Precook 1lb. meat of your choice.
    (Seafood & smoke sausage need not be precooked)
2. Add meat to 2-1/2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
3. Add Jambalaya Mix, stir well, and return to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low, cover pot, and simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
 
 

Directions:
1. Cut 1 lb. smoked sausage or ham into bite size pieces.
2. Add meat and Red Bean mix to 5 cups of water and stir well.
3. Heat to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cover. Let
    mix cook on low heat for 3 hours stirring occasionally.
4. Uncover and continue cooking on low heat until beans are tender
    and sauce is creamy. Stir occasionally so that beans won't
    stick and scorch.
5. Serve over a bed of rice.
