Coffee and Cream Dessert
Yields 6 servings and preparation time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
1-1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee granules.
1/3 cup of hot water.
An 8 oz container of fat-free cream cheese.
1/3  cup of sugar.
2 tablespoons of almond or coffee liqueur or orange juice.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
1-1/2 cup frozen, light, whipped dessert topping-thawed.
12 ladyfingers, split fresh raspberries or strawberries and fresh mint leaves (optional).

Cooking Instructions

1. Dissolve coffee in hot water and set aside for  the moment.

2. In a food processor bowl or blender container, combine cream cheese, sugar, liqueur or orange juice and vanilla. Cover, process or blend until mixture is smooth. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl. Fold in whipped topping.

3. Brush cut side of ladyfingers with coffee mixture. In each of 6 dessert dishes arrange 4 ladyfinger halves, cut side up. Spoon the cheese mixture into each glass. Cover and chill for at least 2 to 4 hours before serving. Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves, if desired.
