When ordering 2nd Day Air you should know the 2nd Day means 2 business day not 2 days. Weekend and holidays are not included in 2 Business Days. The same applies for Next Day Air, Weekend and holidays are not included in Next Day Air and with 3 Day Select, weekends and holidays are not included in 3 Day Select.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska by UPS is possible, but at a much higher rate and we recommend United States Postal Service as an alternative. You do not need to be home to receive your packages with UPS; the drivers will leave your order at your doorstep as long as they feel it will be safe.
Apartment Dwellers: Please note that UPS drivers should have access to a lobby or a doorman.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada
Our primary shipping service to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and our customers with PO Boxes is the United States Postal Service. We may have to adjust the charges on your purchases when using the United States Postal Service.

APO and International
We ship APO/FPO and International addresses using the best prices from the US Postal Service. Unfortunately, the US Postal Service does not offer a Tracking ID number for these addresses and without a Tracking ID number, we cannot follow the package(s) on the journey. Sometimes we are unable to purchase insurance because of the delivery location. If we cannot get insurance, we will contact you by email and tell you. If you still want the order shipped, you will have to accept financial responsible if the package is lost.

Depending on where you live, you will receive your order within 1 to 6 business days except for Canada and US Territories. These packages will require more delivery time. Typically, for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and Canada, we use United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Selecting Premium Shipping Service
Please look at our Transit Time Map before selecting a premium shipping service. There is no need to select 3-Day Select if regular Ground Service takes 3 days or less.
